SECURITY PLAN On September 14-16, 1981, Mr. D. Kers of the NRC's Physical Security Licensing Branch, visited Midland Plant, Units 1 & 2, to discuss security plans and to observe vital areas and security features of the plant. Meeting attendees and contacts are listed by Enclosure 1.
A revised physical security plan consistent with the meeting discussions will be submitted for NRC review in mid-Decenber 1981.

The subject matter of this visit involves elements of the detailed security measures for the physical protection of the facility. Accordingly, details of this visit are withheld fmm public disclosure pursuant to 10 CFR 2.790(d).
