PUBLICATION OF Tile FINAL ENVIRONMENTAL STATEMENT OL STAGE FOR THE GRAND GULF UUCLEAR STATION As of September 25, 1931 the corrections resulting from the nanagement and legal review of the above document had been incorporated into a copy ready to 90 to CRESS for final typing. tie were, however, informed by your office on that date that other documents, namely SERs approaching Bevill Schedule issuance dates, had a higher priority and that we were not to sulzalt the Grand Gulf package to CRESS until the backlog pressure had lessened.
Recognizing that the FES is not, at this 1.ine, a pacing item in the Grand Gulf licensing schedule, the only milestone concerned is the Bevill issuance date. Thit is to infom you that we are ready to co:rplete the publication steps for the Grand Gu'af FES as soon as your office detemines that space is available in the CRESS processing schedule and infoms us accordingly.
