Pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70 Section 70.3!, The Cincinnati Gas 4 Electric Company, for itself and as agent for Columbus and Southern Ohio Electric Company and The Dayton Power and Light Company, requests that NRC Materials License No. SNM-1823 be renewed as follows:
Revise Item 4, Expiration date, to read, " July 31, 1982, or upon conversion of Construction Permit No. CPPR-88 to an operating license, whichever is earlier."
