Dear Mr. Miglietta:
This is in response to your letter dated July 17, 1981, ie which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, copies of all manuals, books, films, pamphlets, and other materials used in two NRC-sponsored seminars which you identified in your letter.
In a telephone conversation on August 4,1981, with Ms. flina Toms of my staff, you were informed that no participant manuals, workbooks, handouts or pre-prepared materials were used in the f4RC-sponsored seminar, " Techniques for Managing Public Meetings." Please note that the correct seminar title is "llolding Public Meetings Amid Conflict." This seminar was purchased from a contractor, Larry Aggens and Associates.
As agreed in your conversation with Ms. Toms, we are enclosing copies of Mr. Aggens' training proposals.
The f1RC has not completed its search for documents regarding the " Radiological Emergency Response Course." We will respond as soon as the review is completed.
