(" Applicant")
hereby moves the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board for an order compelling Joint Intervenors to respond, within ten days, to Applicant's Third Set of Interrogatories to Joint Intervenors.
In accordance with the terms of the September 25, 1979, Dis-covery Stipulation, Applicant filed, on August 13, 1981, interrog-atories relating to new information contained in the NRC Staff's Safety Evaluation Report Related to the Operation of Waterfbrd Steam Electric Station, Unit No.
3, bearing upon Joint Intervenors' admitted contentions.
Objections to Applicant's Third Set of Interrogatories wgre l
cue on August 28, 1981.
Answers were due on September 18, 1981.
Joint Intervenors have failed to file any answers or objections.

o Counsel for Applicant has attempted to obtain a commitment from counsel for Joint Intervenors to provide answers to Applicant's Third Set of Interrogatories; however, as of this date, Joint Intervenors have been unwilling to make a commitment to answer these interrogatories by any date certain.
Wherefore, on the basis of the foregoing, Applicant hereby moves the Licensing Board for an Order compelling Joint Intervenors to answer Applicant's Third Set of Interrogatories within ten days from the date of such Order.
