In the NRC letter of June 26, 1981 from Mr. Thomas M. Novak, Assistant Director for Operating Reactors, Division of Licensing, the NRC requested that BECo submit Technical Specifications for the Containment Atmosphere Dilution (CAD)
System. The attached Technical Specifications were developed to comply with your request.
