Dear Administrative Judges:
This letter is to inform you that the Staff does not intend to respond to the motion to dismiss which accompanied Licensee's response to Intervenors' additional contentions. The Staff has already taken a position with regard to all of the additional contentions in its response to those contentions dated September 15,1981. The Staff dnas not wish to reiterate the points made in that document. With regard to additional contention 9-1, Licensee has filed a separate motion to dismiss to which the Staff will respond.
