This position, however, is not based on agreement with any of the legal or other arguments set forth by the staff, the Licensee, or the attorneys for the involved individuals.
Rather, the Connonwed th believes that it will have sufficient infornntion to analyze the ecord on this issue through use of the system of letter designations pn posed by the Licensee. Hence, the Connomicalth takes no position on '_he legal question of confidentiality.
