All correspondence, internal menoranda, nceting sumuries and other written docunentation regarding Licensee tranagenent knowledge of and investigation of the April incident, the Category T incident, and all other known or suspected cheating incidents involving TMI operators.

Copies of the suspecu exananations in the Category T incident, and graders notes for these exans.
To the NRC Staff:

All correspondence, reports and nonoranda regarding the staff's investigation of the Category T incident identified by Licensee (See g

Notes of all interviews conducted by the staff in the course of both the OIA and OIE investigations.
4.
All correspondence to and from the contractor who graded the April examinations.

Notes of all NRC personnel who evaluated the April examinations.
6.
Conplete copies of the suspect April examinations and graders notes for these two exams.
7.
Identify (by letter designation if necessary) all pdrsonnel interviewed during the investigation. Explain the sampling procedure I
for choosing the eleven (11) operators uho were interviewed.
8.
Notes of all analyses of past "iM1 exams conducted since discovery of the April incident.
ODER DISCOVERY PIANS The Conmonwealth does not at this time plan further discovery on l
this issue. Ibwever, examination of the information requested above may result in the need for irrerrogatories or other follow-on discovery.
The Connonwe.alth requests, therefore, that follow-on discovery be provided for in the schedule governing the reopened hearing.
