REPLY TO APPENDIX A 0F NRC INFPECTION REPORT 50-317/81-01; 50-313/81-01; l
ITEM Am This item refers to the approval of Exposure Evaluation Reports (RCP 3-310-4).
Immediate action was taken at the time of the NRC Inspection to ensure that ill Exposure Evaluation Reports (RCS 3-310-4) were reviewed and approved during the inspection period. As previously stated, this action is required prior to allowing an individual to receive additional radiation exposure. A procedural change has subsequently been made to nadiation Chemistry Procedure 3-310, Personnel Dosimetry Quality Assurance, emphasizing the iraportance of this requirement and responsible personnel have been insttacted to ensure compliance and prevent recurrence of this item.
Regarding this inspection item, we have been in full compliance with Technical Spacification 6.11 since January 9, 1981.
