Thank you for your letter of August 21, 1981, in response to oor letter and the attached Notice of Violation dated July 28, 1981. As a result of our review, we find additional information, as discussed with you during a telephone call on September 4,1981, is neeNkd.
Relative to your letter of August 21, 1981, no mention was made as to what specific corrective steps would be taken to avoid further violations. These steps can be in the form of procedural or safety unnual changes, retraining of personnel in these areas, ir.ternal audits, or other appropriate measures to be taken to avoid recurrence of these items.
Please provide us your response to the above concerns, under oath or affinnation, within 10 days of your receipt of this letter so that we can continue our review of this matter.
