Contract No. NRC-04-81-188, Modification No. 2 Pursuant to Article'III(c) - Consideration of the subject contract, I hereby unileterally increase the Support Ceiling shown in the basic contract Article III(a)- and ?.-III(b) in the amount of $21,582.00 from $45,668.30 to $67,250.00.
In the Appendix A to the contract, Article A-III, subparagraph (c) is deleted in Lits entirety.
This letter execuked on behalf of the Government is forwarded to you in triplicate. ' Kindly acknowledge receipt on two copies hereof and return them to this office as soon as possible.

Since we are rapidly approaching September 30, our fiscal year ending date, you should expedite the execution and return of this modification.
