We feel there could be a possible mis-understanding as to the con-tents or the limits of the 7 Auguct 1981 Rev. 2 Certificate #5641. We req ues t, the re fo re, that the Certificate be modified to reflect the following:
Par. 5 (b)(1) 235 revise to rew "Unirradiated U enriched fuel encapsulated com-ponents". The ciaterial is not limited to clusters and modules only:
re f. par. 1.1 and 1. 2. 3 o f re f ( 2).
Par. 5 (b)(2)
Maximum quantity of material - revise to reflect:
the limit "per shipmmit. Not to exceed Type A quantity radioactive material per container. Shipment limited to all such component multiples which shall be demonstrated subcritical (water moderated and reflected) as evaluated & approved under ?!RC S?nt License #368.
Ilowever, when a module or cluster is transported, the contents o f a singic container shall be limited to one module or clus ter".
