The subject contract expired on January 1,1981.
Your final report for this expired contract has been received and accepted.
- Before we may proceed with the official close-out of this contract and make the final payment of any funds remaining due you, certain additional require-ments must be met. These concluding requirements are discussed below.
I have received your Certified Aprandix C, Statement of Costs, dated February 5,1981 which reflects support costs for the period July 1,1977 through January 1,1981. Your Appendix C Statement is incorrect on lines 7 through 9 as follows:
