RENEWAL OF TELEDYNE ISOTOPES LICENSE, SNM-107, AMD REQUIPiMENTS FOR RADIOLOGICAL CONTINGENCY PLANNING INFOR'% TION We have reviewed the reqtiested new possession limits by Teledyne in their renewal applicatian and find that those requested on a mass basis satisfy the requirements of Section V of the Order signed February 11, 1981, rela-1%e :to radiological contingency planning. Hence, no radiological contingency planning information is required of Teledyne relative to license SNM-107.
Please amend their license regarding possession limits as they have proposed.
We wculd appreciate the opportunity to review the amended license when you issue it.
