This EIS was received by the Office of Federal Activities on September 4 1981 It has been determined the above document meets the requirements for filing ad EIS as set forth under Section 1506.9 of the CEQ Regulations.
Accordingly, EPA has scheduled publication of the Notice of Availability in the Federal Register dated September 11, 1981 and the public review period is scheduled to terminate on October 13, 1981.
