ORDER In its Order of August 20, 19 81, CLI-81-19, the Commission stated that it would afford the parties an opportunity to make oral prescntations to the Commission on the immediate effective-ness of the Licensing Board's partial initial decision on manage-ment competence.
Oral presentations have now been scheduled to l
be held at the Commission's headquarters, 1717 H Street, N.W.,
Washington, D.C.
on October 14, 1981 at 10:00 a.m.
Those parties who participated in the proceeding on management competence issues l
and wish to maka oral presentations should notify the Secretary of the Commission at the above-stated address or by telephone at 202-634-1469 of their desire to participate by September 25.
