On Septenber 14, 1981, I received a telephone call from Juage Carter inquiring as to the status of meetings between the parties regarding your request for a hearing on Applicant's application for an extension of the latest construction perait completion date.
I advised Judge Carter that you were in tne process of preparing a filing setting forth your proposed contentions (which Applicant and Staff would respond to) and a stipulation on scheouling as to that natter.
In response Judge Carter requested that I write to you concerning our conversation, lie also requested that you advise the Board, within a week, as to the present status of your efforts in the above regards.
