Dear Ms. Billingslea:
This is in response to your recent undated letter in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, four categories of information regarding NRC employees. Our response to each category is noted belcw.
1.
As of June 30, 1981, the NRC workforce consisted of 3,186 full-time permanent employees.
2.
NRC entered a collective bargaining agreement with the National Treasury Employees Union effective July 14, 1981, which is to remain in effect for three jaars.
3.
A copy of NRC's Equal Employment Qpportunity Plan for Fiscal Year 1980 is enclosed.
4.
The scope of category four of your request is unclear since you do not state your purpose for future contacts.
