This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Mr. R. E. Burgin of this office on August 20, 1981, of activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material Licenses No. 48-14075-01, No. 48-14075-02E, and No. 48-14075-03 and to the discussion of our findings with Drs. Naylor and Cairney at the con-clusion of the inspection.
The inspectica war ao examination of activities conducted under your license as they relate to radution safety and to compliance with the Commission's rules and regulations and with the conditions of your license. The inspec-tion consisted of a selective examination of procedures and representative records, observations, independent measurements, and interviews with personnel.
This inspection also included a review of corrective action taken in re-sponse to the item of noncompliance identified during our Auoust 1978, inspection. We have no further questions in regard to this matter.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified during the i
course of this inspection.
