Initial notiication of the subject deficiency was made to NRC-0IE, Region II, Inspector Mike Gouge on March 6, 1079.

The final report was submitted on April 5, 1070 As 'iscussed with Region II Inspector rete Taylor on August 11, 1081, TVA has failed to meet its commitment to purchase seismically cualified differential relays and install those relavs in the HPCS control pareis as ctated in the final report. TVA now expects to install new seismically qualified relays and test them in the panels on or before March 31, 1083.
