NRC Inspection This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Ms. B. Riedlinger of tinis office on July 31, 1981 of activities authorized by NRC License 53-12987-02 and to the discussion of our findings held by Ms. Riedlinger with you and other members of your staff at the conclusion nf the inspection.
The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under your license as they relate to radinion s?.fety and to compliance with the Comission's rules and regulations and the conditions of your license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representa-tive records, interviews with personnel and observations by the inspector.
j During this inspection, it was found that une of your activitics appeared to be in nonceepliance with NRC requirements. The item and reference to the pertinent reo.itrement is listed in Appendix A.
This itera has been categorized into a severity level as described in the Federal Register Notice (45 FR66'/54) dated October 7, 1980.
Your response to this notice is to be submitted in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 2.201 as stated in Appendix A, Notice of Violation.
