HARTSVILLE NUCLEAR PLANT UNITS A1, A2, AND B1 - REPORTABLE DEFICIENCY - RPV SHIELD WALL WELD DEFICIENCIES (NCR'S HNP-A-087, HNP-A-108, HNP-A-109, HNP-A-115, AND SX-10)
Initial notificatiou of the subject deficiency was made to NRC-0IE, Region II Inspector P. W. Wright on February 15, 1080.
The final rerort was submitted on June 2, 1081. As discussed with Pete Taylor of your staff on August 14, 1081, TVA has failed to complete corrective actions by the connitted date of August 16, 1081 We now plan on completing all corrective actions on or before September 10p@ li 10R1.
