Docket No. 50-341 AMENDMENT NO. 39 TO AMENDED AND SUBSTITUTED APPLICATION FOR LICENSES THE DETROIT EDISON COMPANY, Applicant in the above captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No. 39 to its Amended and Substituted Application for Licenses for the purpose of transmitting additional information recuested by the Regulatory Staff, including revisions and additions to Applictnt's Final Safety Analysis Report.
