We have been informed by the Stat.e of Alabama that a Campbell Nuclear Moisture-Jensity Gauge containing licensable quantities of Cesium-137 and Americium-241 has been transferred to the Alabama National Guard.

The Alabana National Guard does not have a license to possess this gauge which came from the U.S. Army in Michigan covered ur. der NRC license No. 21-01222-05.

The above is provided for your infomation and appropriate action.

Please keep us informed of any enforcement action on this case.
