ADMITTED CONTENTIONS At the prehearing conference in September 1980, CBG's contentions II, III, IV and VII were admitted as reworded by the Staff.

Following the request of the Board, the parties conferred and submitted three documents to the Board.

Attachment A was a stipulation with agreement on language and admissibility of certain contentions or subparts. Attachment B was an agreement on language but not admissibility of other contentions or subparts. Attachment C cuntained other contentions or subparts where there was no agreement on language or admissibility. The parties also sbbmitted their argument on matters in dispute.

At the second prehearing in February 1981, the Board accepted the stipu-lation and heard argument on the disputed matters, which included some l

l language revisions, and other modifications of the parties position. Our March order ruled on the disputed contentions or subparts with some change in language.
