Dear MR. Erickson:
This is a request to extend the 30-day Reconciliation period for our 7/15/81 Inventory which would normally terminated on 8/16/81 to 8/26/81.
This requast comes as a result of our plant shutdown / annual vaca-tion beginning on 8/1/81 and ending 8/16/81 which All curtail Lab Analysis of material unmeasured at the time of inventory during that time frame.
I Gross evaluation of the 7/15/81 inventory reveals projected I.D. will I
fill within the normally acceptable range.
Considerino the few Lab solutions and NDA not yet determined, I feel final inventory Reconcilia-tion I.D. will also fall within the typical rar:ge normally experienced at this facility.
This ten day extension will enable us to complete the analysis of the material.
Enclosed is a check for $150.00 for administrative fees involved ith the processing of this request.
