In generic letter 81-01, " Qualification of Inspection, Examination, and Testing and Audit Personnel" dated liay 4,1981, you requested that we respond with our intentions of meeting the positions of R0gulatory Guides 1.58 and 1.146. The Vogtle Project is meeting the intent of Regulatory Positions C.5, 6.7, 8 and 10 of Regulatory Guide 1.58,
" Qualification of Nuclear Power Plant Inspection, Examination and Testing Personnel," Revision 1 dated September 1980 and Regulatory Guide 1.146,
" Qualification of Quality Assurance Program Audit Personnel for Nuclear Power Plants" dated August 1980.
