In accordancc vith 10 CFR 50.59, we are requesting an amendment to license DPR-79 to change the implementation schedule for item 2.C(6)c.
Our original commitment to have the aluminum grid and vinyl dust cover ceiling assembly installed in the Sequoyah Nuclear Plant control room by September 1, 1981 was based on receiving material no later than August 5, 1981. Because ot' vendor problems, the material delivery date has slipped to August 24, 1981. Based on this new delivery date, Ne can have the assembly installed by September 30, 1981; therefore, we request that the implementation date be extended to September 30, 1981.
In accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR Part 170.22, we have determined the prcposed amendment to be Class II.
Th: classification is based on the fact that the amendment is administrative in nature. The remittance of $1,200 is being wired to the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Attention: Licens!ng Fee Management Branch.
