Our letter of June 9,1981 (reference 3 above) indicated that the test-ing program described in Attachment "A" of our January 7,1901 (reference 2 above) interim report, would be completed by mid June 1981, with a final report following by July 17, 1981. The testing has been completed by the testing laboratory and the test results have been transmitted to UE&C Engineering, Philadelphia for evaluati<.n; however, since the test-ing took longer than previously anticipated, a final engineering report will not be available until the end of July 1981. Therefore, this is an interim report with a final report to follow by August 14, 1981.
