l This refers to the routine safety inspection conducted by Messrs. Jack Whitten and Robert O'Brien of this office on July 28 and 29,1981, of the activities authorized by NRC Byproduct Material License 42-05255-07 and to the discussion of our findings held oy the inspectors with you at the conclusion of the inspection.
i The inspection was an examination of the activities conducted under the license as they relate to radiation safety and to compliance with the Comission's rules and regulations, and the conditions of the license. The inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and representative records, interviews of personnel, independent measurements and observations by the inspector.
No violations of NRC requirements were found during this inspection.
Messrs. Whitten and O'Brien also reviewed the action you had taken with respect to two violations observed during our previous inspection, which was conducted May 24 and 25, 1979. He verified that the corrective action with respect to these items was implemented as stated in your replies of June 26 and August 10 U79, to our letters dated June 19 and August 20, 1979.
