STAFF REQUIREMENTS - BRIEFING BY STAFF ON UNCONTESTED ISSUES FOR DIABLO CANYON LOW-POWER OPERATING LICENSE,10:00 A.M., MONDAY, AUGUST 10, 1981, COMMISSIONERS' CONFERENCE ROOM, D.C. OFFICE (OPEN TO PUBLIC ATTENDANCE)
The Commission
- was briefed by staff on the draft license and technical specifications for a low-power operative license for Diablo Canyon Nuclear Plant, Unit 1.
The draft license was transmitted to the Consission in a memorandum from the Executive Director for Operations dated Augus,t 7, 1981.
The General Counsel indicated that a letter would be sent to parties allowing a one-week comment period on any discussion at the briefing of issues which had been offered as contentions, denied by the Licensing Board and are subject to appeal.
