i The proposed change h'as been reviewed and accordingly approved.
Enclosed is a strip map on which the changes have been indicated.
Please insert the strip map between pages six and seven of the " Spent Fuel Route Survey" (en by closure to our June 6,1980 letter). Also, use of the by-pass requested-the Vernon County Sheriff around the town of Viroqua, Wisconsin, is ap-proved.
No strip map for this by-pass is available. '
Provisions of our letters of June.6,1980 and September 22, 1980, other than the changes mentioned in this letter, remain in effect.
