We are prc,viding the following discussions of the indiented Action Plan items to confirm statements made in a recent telephone conversation (reference (a)).
Item II.B.h.1 Operator Training This item requires development and implementation of a program to imstrade training on the use of installed equipment and systems to n.
'de accidents where the reactor core is severely damaged.
l Training of operators in accordance with thit requirement is in l
progress. The operators in the class graduating on September l
28, 1981 vill have completed this training in the course of their license studics.
Lesson plans have been under development since June for retraining all other staff license holders. The retraining program vill begin in October and vill be completed by January 1. 1982.
Item II.E.1 Auxiliary Feedvater System Automatic Initiation Flow Indication Safety-grade flow indication and automatic AFWS initiation systems are installed.
Item II.E.h.2.7 Radiation Signal on Purge Valves h
Our containment purge valves isolate an actuation of the high I
radiation alarm.
