f3EEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT REQUEST por A-8 l-I/i Idarch 19, 1981
]' g ty 3 -2,d d f Director, Office of Administration United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission Washington, D.C.
20555 Dear Sir Pursuant to Part 9,10 CFR, I am filing the following Freedom of Information Act request.
Please send me the following documents from the Docket 50-440 and 50-441, Cleveland Electric Illuminating Co.
No.
(Perry I and II):
(1) The Order of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board that listed the Contentions it allowed from Intervenors and any other parties to be admitted into the Construc-tion Permit hearings.
It is my understanding the Fermit was finally granted in 1977, if that will help you at all in your search.
(linits first twenty (20) pp.)
(2) Also, I would like to see the service list that was attached to the above-mentioned order, if possible.
(3) The application for an Operator's Licence (limited to the first twenty (20) Pages. ), by Cleveland E.I.C.
I would like (4) From the Final Environmental Statement, a copy of a map (s) depicting the plant site location with respect to Ohio and to Lake County.
I agree to pay standard charges for the production of these records..
It is my understanding that each page is eight cents ("!).
Thank you.
Jeff Alexander for OCRE 929 Wilmington Ave. Apt. #H Dayton, OH 45420
