Perry Nuclear Power Plant Docrtet Nos. 50 440; 50-441 Qualification of Inspection, Examination and Testing, and Audit Personnel Generic Letter 81-01
Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
This letter is provided in response to your Generic Letter 81-01, dated May 4, 1981, concerning the qualification of inspection, examination, test and audit personnel.
We have reviewed our program and procedures for indoctrination, training and certification for audit personnel, and we comply with the guidance provided by Regulatory Guide 1.146.
Our qualificatf ^n program for inspection, examination and test personnel is in compliance with ANSI N45.2.6 (1973) and meets the intent of Regulatory Guide 1.58, Revision 1 Both programs are presently in effect for the construction phase of the Perry Plant.
Procedures are being prepared to meet these guidelines for the operations phase of the plant and will be in place prior to fuel load.
