MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF TIME People of the State of Illinois, by its Attorney, TYRONE C.
FAHNER, Attorney General of the State of Illinois, hereby moves the Board for a further extension of time within to file responses to NIPSCO's Third Set of Interrogatories.
On July 13, 1981, the State of Illinois filed a motion requesting an extension of time until July 27, 1981.
The State of Illinois has made diligent efforts to meet that due date.
However, as explained in Illinois' pre-vious motion for an extension of time, the time necessary to respond to NIPSCO's Interrogatories has been very limited, and the Interrogatories are of a technical nature, requiring consultation with others, whose time schedules are also limited.
Therefore, Illinois respectfully requests that the Board grant an extension to August 3, 1981, of the time for filing responses to NIPSCO's Third Set of Interrogatories.
Respectfully submitted, A
