MOTION OF CITY OF GAINESVILLE TO WITHDRAW The City of Gainesville, Florida, in its own right and as successor to the Gainesville-Alachua County Regional Electric, Water and Sewer Utilities Beard (collectively "Gainesville") has entered into a settlement with Florida Power & Light Company ("FPL")

of the differences between Gainesville and FPL in this proceeding.
A copy of the Settlement Agreement is appended hereto as Appendix A.
Pursuant to that Settlement, Gainesville hereby adv".ses the Board that it accepts the license conditions agreed to by FPL, the Department of Justice and the NRC Staff and approved by the Board on April 24, 1981, and requests leave to withdraw from this proceeding.
