Teledyne Energy Systems hereby requests an amendment to our subject Certificate of Compliance. Accordingly, ten copies of the license application - TES-3147 " Sentinel IS Radiation, Structural and Thermal Evaluation" are enclosed for your evah ation. Th shipping cask referenced in this submittal has been approved for another apr,tication under Docket No. 71-9085. The "Sentincl" Quality Assurance Program Plan, TES-3143, has been approved under NRC Docket No. 71-0397.
This amendment will authorize us to transport these new RTG's, "SentinellS" in our 8S shipping casks.
Our check for $2800.00, as specified in 10 CFR 170.31 fee Category 11B minor amend-ment, is enclosed.
