SUMMARY
OF MEETING HELD WITH CPC TO DISCUSS THE LICENSEE'S SEISMIC REEVALUATION PROGRAM FOR THE BIG ROCK POINT PLANT (SEP TOPIC III-6)
On Thursday, July 9, 1981, a meeting was held in Bethesda, Maryland with representatives of Consumers Power Company. The purpose of the meeting was to aiscuss the licensee's seismic reevalcation program for the Big Rock Point Plant. A list of attendees is enclosed (Enclosure 1).
The licensee aiscussed the scope and program elements of the reevaluation program. Copies of the viewgraphs used during the presentation are enclosed (Enclosure 2).
The NRC staff stated that the licensee should include a schedule for completing the program elements in their formal submittal. They should also include the justification for continued operation during compietion of the seismic reevaluation program. The licensee indicated that justifi-cation for continued operation wouid be provided during the week of July 20, 1981, and the aetailed program plan by August 5 1981
