LICENCES DPR-6 AND DPR BIG ROCK POINT AND PALISADES PLANTS By letters dated August 12 and 13, 1976 Consumers Power Company was requested to conduct an investigation related to the event which occurred at Millstone Unit No 2 during July 1976 for its Big Rock Point and Palisades Plants. The letters requested that the analysis and results be provided within 30 days of I
our receipt of these letters.
Consumers Power Company has reviewed this request and established a preliminary plan for providing the requested information. Based on the complexity of the information requested, we believe that we can provide the information requested in a period of three months, assuming that it is not necessary to perform testing with the plants in a cold shutdown condition.
If testing with the plants in a cold shutdown condition becomes net.cssary, it may take a longer period of time to obtain all the requested information. Nonetheless, we vill provide as com-plete reports as possible by December 1, 1976.
