Dear Mr. Giambusso:
Consumers Power Company and members of the AEC Staff discussed, during telephone conversations last summer and more recently, modifying existing requirements in the Big Rock Point Operating License to bring them more fully in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50, Appendix G.
As discussed at those times, it is Consumers Power Company's intention of developing the required modifications and submitting them for inclusion in the proposed Technical Specifications submitted June 7,1974.
This work is in progress and is expected to be completed in approximately one more month.
It is our intention to submit the results of this work at that time.
