US Atomic Energy Comctission Pelisades Plant Weshington, DC 20545 Big Rock Point Plent Gentlemen:
Consumers Power Company's letter of November 27, 1974 to the Directorate of Licensing reported that we would be unable to sub:: tit proposed Technicel Specifications on Administrative Controls including the incorporation of Regulatory Guide 1.16 (Revision 2) by December 1,1974. This letter also stated thet we enticipeted sub-mitting the revised Administrative Control Sections of the Stendard Technical Specifications on December 23, 1974.
Since the November 27, 1974 letter, we have made good pro-gress in resolving both Plent Review Committee end Sefety Audit end Review Board member concerns regarding the proposed Administrative controls Section for the Technical Specifications for both plents.
Unfortunately, several erees still remain unresolved. The primary unresolved area, the section on responsibility end authorities of the Serety Audit end Review Board, should be completed such thet we will be able to achieve a submittal date of not leter then January 10, 1975 Yours very truly, Mos
