Dear Mr. Collins:
In answer to your July 16, 1974 letter, wherein you questioned our program for requalification of licensed operators, we are submitting a corrected program.
We did not attach Appendices A and B with our July 3,1974 transmittal as they had not changed from the original program which we had submitted on December 17, 1973. However, per your request of July 16, 1974, we are attachin6 the two appendices (A and B) to this letter.
