,N On March 10, 1975, Consumers Power Company transmitted a request for change to the Technical Specifications of License DPR-6, Docket 50-155

related to operating and surveillance requirements of the Beacto: Depressuri-zation System which will be installed et the Big Rock Point Plant during the refueling outage scheduled to commence January 9, 1976. Consumers Power Company has determined that one addition is required to these proposed Technical Specifications and requests that it be incorporated. This addition I
will preclude having more than one Reactor Depressurization System blowdown train out of service at any one time.
It is requested that the following sentence be added to the end of the exist-ing proposed Technical Specification Section 3.1.5A:
"These exceptions shall be applied in a manner such that only one RDS blowdown train is out of service at any one time."
This sentence clearly identifies the intent that we thought was contained in the March 10, 1975 proposed Technical Specifications change. Subsequent review revealed this intent was not easily identified.
