Dear Mr. O' Leary:
There have been several changes in supervisory personnel at our Big Rock Point Plant. Those changes are:
1.
Mr. David A. Bixel was transferred in November 1972 from his position as Reactor Engineer - Big Rock Point (see our letter to Dr. Peter A. Morris dated August 23,1968) to the position of Senior Engineer - Big Rock Point. On June 1, 1973, Mr. Bixel was transferred to the Palisades Plant as a Senior Engineer.

Mr. Ronald W. Voll joined Consumers Power Company as a General Engineer at Big Rock Point in February 1969 He holds a BS in Physics from Aquinas College and a Master's in Nuclear Engineering from the University of Illinois. During 1969,'1970 and part of 1971, Mr. Voll assisted the Reactor Engineer at Big Rock Point. In 1J71, until November 1972, Mr. Voll acted in the capacity of a Test Engineer during initial core loading, subsequent physics test and power escalations at our Pali-sades Plant. In November 1972, Mr. Voll was promoted to the position of Reactor Engineer at the Big Rock Point Plant. Mr. Voll has proven haself very capable in his new position.
3 Mr. Samuel A. Carlisle has been promoted to the position of Shift Supervisor. Mr. Carlisle has been with Consumers Power Company since 1951 and in the nuclear section since 1961. Mr. Carlisle has worked his way up from an Advanced Unskilled Worker (1951) to his present po::1-tion as Shift Supervisor. Mr. Carlisle has held a Reactor operator Li-cense (AEC) on Big Rock Point from initial start-up (1962) until June 1%8 when he obtained a Senior Reactor operator's license (which he still holds).
4.
Mr. James J. Zabritski, formerly a General Engineer at Big Rock Point, has been promoted to the position of QA Engineer.
Mr. Zabritski was hired in December 1968 as an Associate Engineer in the nuclear section pJ.4Jc10}/9 39 1 1
