"This 4-hour non-emergency notification to the NRC is being made on a notification to another government agency per 10CFR50.72(b)(2)(xi).

"On 1/29/2020 at 1525 EST, an injured federally protected wood stork was found in FPL wetlands by ground water 8 sampling well. The (USFWS) Federal Fish and Wildlife Service and the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) and the Migratory Bird Permit Office were notified on 1/29/2020 at 1537 EST as a courtesy.

"The NRC Resident Inspector has been notified."

Notified R2DO (Baptist) and Endangered Species Group via email.
