This will confirm a recent conversation between Mr. Mobley of your staff and Mr. R. L. Woodruff of my staff relating to NRC's review of the Tennessee Radiation Control Program for Agreement Materials. As discussed, the review is scheduled for January 31 - February 4, 1994.
Mr. Woodruff, my Region II State Agreements Officer, will be the NRC's rcpresentative for the review.
If your schedule permits, Mr. Woodruff would like to discuss the results of the review with you or your representative on Friday, February 4, 1994.
