ANNUAL REPORT Enclosed is a copy ofthe CY 2019 B/CTP Annual report for SQN. Flogard MS 6237was notadded during CY 2019. All treatments in 2019 were conducted in accordance with the approved B/CTP.

Outfall 101: Toxicity was sampled August 4 - August 9, 2019, during the Spectrus CT1300 treatment.
Test Results: Pimephales promelas: IC25>100%
Ceriodaphnia dubia: IC25 > 100%
Outfall 110: There hasbeen nodischarge from Outfall 110 January - December 2019.
