Dear Mr. Grimsly:
This letter requests that your agency provide me copies of ti,a following materials under the Freedom of information Act (5 U.S.C. 9 552) and implementing regulations:
1.
Copies of the Atomic Energy Commission licenses numbered 05(04607)-01, SNM-972, and 05(11958)-01 issued to either or both the Colorado School of Mines and the Colorado School of Mines Research Foundation, Inc. (which may have been referred to as the Colorado School of Mines Research Institute).
2.
Copies of alllicenses, other than those listed in paragraph 1 above, issued by either the Atomic Energy Commission or the Nuclear Regulatory Commission to either or both the Colorado School of Mines and the Colorado School of Mines Research Foundation, Inc. (which may have been referred to as the Colorado School J Mines Research Institute).

A!I documents, including but not limited to correspondence, applications, reports, plans, and orders, relating to the issuance or the holding of it'e licenses referred to in paragraphs 1 and 2 above.
These documents are believed to be publicly available and are probably within the custody of your office, in compliance with applicable regulations, I promise to pay reasonable charges for copying costs.
Please send me your invoice along with the copies which I have requested. I request that all copies be furnished promptly within the time limitation of the Freedom of Information Act (10 days).
